Important Update Regarding a Change in Venue
The original hosting venue, The Don CeSar , experienced significant damage from Hurricanes Helene and Milton and will not reopen until February of 2025. The NACBH Emerging Best Practices Conference will now be held at the Sheraton Sand Key Resort in nearby Clearwater Beach, Florida.

We extend our deepest sympathies to everyone impacted by the recent hurricanes, including the dedicated staff and community at The Don DeSar. Our hearts go out to those experiencing hardship and loss in its wake. Updates regarding the status of recovery efforts for the St. Pete area can be found at the Visit St. Pete website. Cancellation Information: 

Attendee registrations may be transferred or canceled by submitting written notification to NACBH. A full refund is available to those who cancel their registration by Friday, November 15, 2024. All cancellation requests received after Friday, November 15, 2024 will not be eligible for a refund.
